After studying nutrition at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London for 4 years, Jane qualified as a nutritional therapist in 2009 and practises from Emporium Health and Fitness just outside Cowbridge in the Vale of Glamorgan, Wales.
Regular attendance at postgraduate lectures and seminars keeps her informed of current research and developments in nutritional medicine and health.
